				<title>NPR Cooks</title>
				<link>http://www.brooks-bilson.com/blogs/food_bar/index.cfm/2005/3/31/NPR-Cooks</link>
				<description>

				For my birthday, Pere got me a few food related gifts, one of which is the new &lt;a href=&quot;http://shop.npr.org/catalog/Product.jhtml;jsessionid=CQLWJBHJ1CXA5LA5AJSSFFI?CATID=cat90001&amp;PRODID=prod430002&quot;&gt;NPR Cooks&lt;/a&gt; cookbook. I have a nice collection of cookbooks going (many signed by the author/chef), and I&apos;m always looking for new and interesting ones to add to the mix.

The cookbook features over 100 recipies by NPR on air personalities and supporting staff. While I haven&apos;t made any of the recipies yet, I like the idea that it&apos;s a collection of peoples favorite recipies, and represents a wide range of cuisines and tastes.

The cookbook itself is nicely designed, with its own built-in display stand that lets you show off the cookbook flip-chart style.

When I have some time to try out some of the recipes, I&apos;ll be sure to blog my thoughts.
