I don't know why, but I find that iced mochas hit the spot for me on lazy hot Phoenix days:

  • 2 cups brewed coffee (dark roast is best)
  • 2 cups milk (skim)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • Ice

Pour hot coffee into a tall shaker, add brown sugar and chocolate syrup. Stirr until disolved. Add ice to shaker, pour in milk and ice to fill. Shake until well chilled. Pour into tall ice filled glasses and serve!
