Have a bottle of Phillips Union Cherry Whiskey laying around? Tired of making cherry cola's with it? When I was in Delaware last week, I had a Washington Apple Martini at the bar at the Columbus Inn. Normally made with Crown Royal, Sour Apple Pucker, and cranberry juice, the Columbus Inn's version uses Phillips Union Cherry Whiskey. It makes a really tasty drink, although I can usually only drink one due to the sweetness. Here's the recipe:
Add ingredients and ice to a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
