Back to the Philippines Again, What Should I Eat Now?

That's right, I'm headed back to the Philippines again. I depart tomorrow for about 2 1/2 weeks in country. During my last trip, I had the opportunity to sample all sorts of Filipino cuisine. This time around, I'm hoping to try a lot more.

So, if you're Filipino, or have visited the Philippines before and have suggestions for things I should try (I've already done Balut), drop me a comment!

I plan on blogging my culinary journey as time permits, so stay tuned...
